The following standard terms and conditions will be used by Johnson Electric Group of companies (Buyer) when entering into a purchase contract or agreement with a supplier/subcontractor/service provider (Seller).

However, as these terms and conditions may not apply to all the variable situations in the business world. Buyer may agree with separate individual sellers to amend some of the terms and conditions to meet with the requirements of individual situations. Such variations shall be written on a separate agreement, or on the particular purchase contract or purchase order, duly authorized by Buyer and related sellers.
